Physical therapists oversee all of our fitness services, which allows us to offer the highest quality group fitness classes & personal training services in Central Massachusetts. We make sure you are doing what is needed to meet your goals while staying injury free!

Our Offerings

Personal Training: One on One training sessions that are meant to be safe and effective through exercise instruction, technique, and performance. These sessions will help you identify and set your own personalized fitness goals and keep you accountable all while reducing the risk of an injury due to faulty form or bad mechanics.

Semi Private Training: Each individual has their own personalized program that will be progressed every month under the supervision of a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. These sessions are made up of small groups of anywhere from 1 to 4 individuals.

Healthy Aging: A class for people ages 60+  who are new to exercise and do not know where to begin. All participants are guided with both safe and functional exercises. These will help strengthen your bones, improve your balance and be social with others who have similar goals!

Group Fitness Class: A one hour long fitness class which combines strength, core, cardio and mobility circuits. Each class will be different with plenty of hands on cueing, which will reduce the risk of injury, keeping you safe and feeling great by the time you leave!

Group Classes at CMPT can be done either In-Person or Virtually through ZOOM! They take place at the same time. All you need is basic equipment such as dumbbells, bands, and an exercise ball. In Person participants are required to wear masks at this time.

Group Fitness Class Schedule:

Mon/Fri 9-10am and 4:30-5:30pm

Wed 9-10am (no Wed PM class)

Healthy Aging:

Tue/Thu 10-11am
