Fitness at CMPT
At Central Mass Physical Therapy & Wellness, we provide professional fitness services for individuals of all ages and abilities. We offer a variety of group fitness classes, personal training packages, and semi-private (small group) training packages. Our fitness team is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is trained and/or certified in Functional Movement Systems. Our friendly and professional fitness staff are committed to providing innovative fitness programs. All of our fitness services start with a free movement screen. This screen identifies strengths and areas for improvement. Research indicates that restoring proper movement patterns will prevent injury, promote durability, improve performance, and bring out your full potential.
